The Clean It, to Win It (CITWIT) Program is a collaborative partnership of IPM-CDC, BEST Inc., and bXTRA Philippines, Inc. together with the Bacolod City Government and its communities.

We aim to educate individuals at the barangay level on the proper disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) at the appropriate location & time through Incentivized Proper waste Management – Materials Recovery Facilities (IPM-MRFs) located in partner communities.

Participants are able to get incentivized by exchanging 1 kilogram of waste / recyclables equivalent to 1 Digital Raffle Entry, which can give them a chance to win sacks of rice, groceries, and more.

We are able to collect and provide real-time data gathered from each transaction, powered by the Trash To Cashback Data Waste Management System. Through this, we will be able to help barangays with their own waste management programs by providing accurate and credible Waste Characterization Data.
